Back to Top - Pedal Valve - The PCV-06 is an extremely versatile and reliable valve, for use in the pilot system of your excavator. Proportional capability gives precise control that will be appreciated when operating thumbs, shears, or rotation circuits. Use of the PCV-06 usually eliminates the need to make electrical connections during installation. This double-acting valve also works well on single-acting circuits. We can supply you with all fittings, components, hoses, etc.. to install a pedal valve on your excavator.

Features include:

Rubber boot keeps this valve free from effects of dirt and water.
A mechanical locking device for safety. This feature allows the unit to function as a footrest.
Mounting brackets are included, but the existing bolt hole pattern matches existing floor cut-outs on many popular excavators.
Fittings can be placed at ports on either side or back of the block, to provide maximum ease of installation.
Mechanical adjustable stops can be added to provide precise flow control.
Optional replacement spools and springs are available for high pressure applications.

Back to Top - Joystick - Super tough lightweight joystick replaces your existing joystick. Light touch buttons reduce operator fatigue. The two thumb buttons under the thumb are typically used in rocker fashion to operate a cylinder or rotate function. A trigger switch can be used to operate an existing function, such as a horn or "power boost".

Adapter bushings are available in various diameter and thread types.
5 amp switches rated up to 10 million cycles.
Relays are included to further extend switch life.
A pre-wired harness is included for most applications.
Ergonomic design fits your hand comfortably.

Back to Top - Clamps & Tubing - You won't find a more durable tube and clamp system. It is even stronger than the original equipment on your excavator. These clamps stay tight. Nothing moves. Nothing wears. There are no flimsy rubber or plastic inserts to wear out.

Tubing features include:

Typical 0.200" wall thickness (compared to industry standard 0.125"). This heavy walled material is extremely resistant to damage from external forces, and allows for a stronger clamping force.
Tube ends are TIG welded and pressure tested.
Tubes are custom-fabricated for your installation. You will not have to try to bend the tubing during the installation.
Black oxide coating protects the tubing until you are ready to paint it to match.
Several types of tube ends are available, including the industry standard, JIC.

Clamp features include:

Massive clamps are cast from solid steel.
Numerous sizes and shapes are used to provide you with the exact fit you need for your application. This is not the "one-size-fits-all" approach taken by other suppliers.
These easy-to-weld clamps are supplied with detailed welding instructions to insure that the structural integrity of your excavator is not compromised.
Locking bolts stay tight.

The HCT Automatic Lubrication Pump supplies grease to the breaker. It is designed to work in conjunction with the hydraulic kit that operates the breaker. When the breaker is operated, pilot pressure used to operate the breaker is tee'd off to the pressure switch in the autolube which sends an electrical signal to operate the same. This ensures that the autolube works only when the breaker circuit is activated.
