Hydraulic Schematic for Single-Acting Circuit
Breakers and Compactors require a single-acting circuit, which
routes oil through the attachment in only one direction. We typically supply a heavy-duty
inline relief valve to set maximum circuit pressure.
The return line from the breaker is dumped almost directly to tank. This must be done to reduce
return line restriction, or backpressure. In this schematic, the existing auxiliary
valve on the excavator is the oil source. Note that the directional function of this valve is not required
for single-acting use.
